Returns & Refunds Policy

At VELOR, all our products are made to order — printed and embroidered specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We encourage you to carefully check our size guide before placing your order.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund or Replacement?

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a manufacturing error (wrong print, embroidery mistake, etc.)
  • Significantly different from what was ordered

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at contact@velorzone.com or message us on WhatsApp
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
  3. We will review your claim within 1–3 business days
  4. If approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer
  • Items where the customer has changed their mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
